If we cancel an order after payment has been received, any eligible amount paid for the cancelled order will be refunded to the original payment method.

Customers may request cancellation of an order within 24 hours of placing the order.

Once an order has entered processing, production, or fulfillment, cancellation may no longer be possible.

3. Products and Availability

All products available through Izzybeads by Izzybelle are handmade.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, colors, sizes, and other product information displayed on our website are accurate. However, slight differences may occur because each item is handmade.

Product availability may change without notice. If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we will contact the customer regarding the order and any applicable refund.

4. Handmade Products

Because our products are handmade, each item may have slight variations in:

  • Appearance

These natural variations are not necessarily defects and are part of the unique character of handmade products.

All product prices are displayed in USD, unless otherwise stated.

Izzybeads by Izzybelle does not collect sales taxes through the store. Where applicable, customers are responsible for any taxes, fees, or other charges that may be required by their local laws or authorities.
