At By Izzy, every product is handmade with care and attention to detail. Customer satisfaction is important to us, and we strive to ensure every order arrives in excellent condition.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalized products
- Digital products (if applicable)
- Gift cards
- Items marked as final sale
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged or incorrect item
We'll gladly arrange a replacement or issue a full refund.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or sent incorrectly.
